We use the latest scientific findings in physiology, biomechanics and sports psychology and our trainers are qualified in sports science, kinesisology and deep tissue massage, as well as being great fitness trainers who you will enjoy working with.
Osteopathy
Osteopathy is an approach to healthcare that acknowledges the role of the musculoskeletal system in health and disease. Osteopathy emphasises an holistic approach and the skilled use of a range of manual and physical treatment interventions in the prevention and treatment of disease and pain. Our in-house osteopath works not only with rehabilitation situations, but also alongside the personal trainers to maximise the benfits of training sessions.
Nutrition
We maintain a close partnership with Down to Earth nutrition who can provide in house advice on nutrition and dieting to our clients. Our nutritionist works with complex scientific techniques, including hair mineral analysis to ensure that your diet matches your personal situation and genetic makeup.
