The most important factor of personal training for me is motivation.
The fact that I have made an appointment makes me take time for my
training and health. It is a lot about discipline – disciplining
yourself to make time to train on a regular basis. Another plus point
is that Adam simply takes me to my limits and makes me do more. Also it
is about safety. Alone I am conscious of a wrong movement that may lead

training is optimally dosed, to make progress quickly. Through the

Personal training is not
only vital for individuals that are not very sporty and do not
understand the body very well, but it is very helpful for sporty types
that might have lost sight of a balanced & healthy way to stay fit.
I would recommend personal training to any & everybody. GS
For me as a busy person, one hour with a Personal Trainer is more
effective than 3 hours training alone. I cannot recommend it highly
enough, especially to people who do not train often TM
