Born in Zürich to English parents, Adam graduated from Brunel University with a sports science honours degree. Adam has played and coached squash at national level and worked as a trainer in Zürich since 2001.

After completing his degree, Stuart qualified as a personal trainer and sports therapist. He has worked in London and France before settling in Switzerland in 2002 to enjoy the skiing and cycling.

An honours graduate of the British School of Osteopathy in London, Persis has worked in England and New Zealand where she owns a clinic. Her experience includes treatment of sports injuries, paediatrics, ante-natal and post-natal care. Persis now practices on-site at Focus14 Uraniastrasse location.

Having studied in San Diego, Benjamin has worked in Zürich since 2000 as a trainer and nutritionist. His experience has shown him the value of natural and functional nutrition for good health.

Graduated with honours from the Urals State Technical University in Russia, as a sports teacher. From 1992 - 1997 Olesya was member of the Russian rythmic gymnastics team. After her gymnastics carreer she ran fitness classes in Russia. Olesya is working as a Personal Trainer in Zurich since 2006.

Attained a masters degree with specialisation in rehabilitation and exercise physiology, from the University of Natal, South Afrcia. Junaid was also a lecturer at the same varsity and the head of the High Performance centre and the rehabilitation clininc in Durban. He was also involved as a rehabilitation specialist and fitness trainer with the South African under 19 and junior rugby teams, the South African karate teams and numerous other professional and international athletes. He is also a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association in USA as well as the American College of Sport Medicine.

Educated at St. Gallen University, Olga worked for Price Waterhouse Coopers as a strategic consultant before working for Néstle as a line manager in Brazil and as project manager in Milan. Since 2006 she has worked in Zürich for UBS and Focus 14.
